Primal Scream With their latest release, Exterminator, and this tour to support it, Primal Scream are finally fitting their Rock Star clothes prefectly. They've always threatened greatness, but have been prevent.ed by their own unpredictable genre twists; now they've found a way to blend their Rock Band persona with their dance inclinations, and it's going over very well with audiences.
Material from Exterminator dominated, with the opener Swastika Eyes launching a near-two-set blistering set of high intensity. Get Your Rocks Off from Give Out But Don't Give In was enthusiastically received, with the audience singing along to a chorus that will be as memorable as I Can't Get No Satisfaction. Ending with a raucous version of the MC5'S Kick Out the Jams, Primal Scream deserved the applause and the two encores.
